Arbitrator Services

Mr. Murphy has served as an Arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program from its inception (1990) to present.

In the private sector, he has also served as an arbitrator in numerous three member arbitration panels involving both uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. In this capacity he has been appointed as both claimant and respondent arbitrator.

He has also been appointed as the neutral arbitrator on a number of occasions.
